Camping de Lakens lays in the center of the Zuid Kennemerland National Park. Guests will receive a dunepass which grants them admission to the nature reserve during their stay. From the campsite different walking and cycling routes go into the dunes. Walk into the reception for tips or highlights. Here we also sell a variety of maps for hiking and cycling. National Park Zuid Kennemerland is home to many different plant and animal species. The great biodiversity is a result of the size and variety of soil types, the humidity and amount of lime in the soil. During a walk or bike ride you have the chance to encounter foxes, rabbits, deer, roe deer, Scottish Highlanders and Konik horses. On the other side of the campsite there is even an area where you can spot European Bison!
